1. Products & Services​: Xpress Shine Detail provides convenient car detailing services in Austin, Texas. Our services include interior and exterior detailing, engine detailing, detailing for classic cars, boats, RVs and airplanes. Xpress Shine Detail offers both mobile and in-shop appointments. We use only the best quality products and equipment to ensure that your vehicle looks its best.

2. Pricing: Our pricing may vary based on which type of detailing service you choose and the type of vehicle you have. We will provide you with an accurate quote prior to service, though prices are subject to change. Please contact us directly if you have any questions or concerns.

3. Payments: Payments are due at the time of service or as agreed upon before the start of the service. We accept various payment methods including all major credit cards, bank transfers, checks, and cash. If your payment is not received as agreed upon, we reserve the right to delay or cancel service or resale of any materials.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request notice at least 24 hours in advance. In the event of a cancellation, we require a non-refundable 15% deposit of the total service amount, payable at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel or reschedule appointments in situations where it is reasonably necessary.

5. Liability Disclaimer: Xpress Shine Detail assumes no responsibility for any damages that may occur during or following the auto detailing service. We are not responsible for bodily harm or damages caused by third-party interactions with the serviced car. You agree that Xpress Shine Detail is not responsible for any bodily or property harm or damage caused by vehicle malfunctions or defects that occurred before or after service by Xpress Shine Detail.

6. Customer Satisfaction: We are committed to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service, and we will do our best to make it right.

7. Applicable Laws: All terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the State of Texas. By using our service, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 8. Maintenance Subscription Program Services:

• The Maintenance Subscription Program provides weekly, bi-monthly and monthly upkeep to your vehicle, during the subscription period. Services may include exterior and interior detailing, engine detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating.

• Subscription Period: The subscription period can be monthly or yearly. The subscription renews automatically every month or every 12 months, depending on your initial selection. If you wish to cancel the subscription, please inform us in writing at least thirty (30) days before the next renewal date.

• Payments: Payments for the program are made in advance, and you will be charged on a monthly or yearly basis. If the payment is not received as agreed upon, Xpress Shine Detail has the right to delay or cancel the service.

• Rescheduling/Cancellations: If it rains, we will reschedule the appointment to a later date. You must confirm rescheduling at least 72 hours ahead of the original appointment; otherwise, your service will be forfeited permanently. Please note that both scheduled services included in the package cannot be accumulated or carried over to the following period.

• By using our Maintenance Subscription Program, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
